Goods are supplied against the agreed specification. Buyers may appoint an independent inspection agency prior to shipment at their own cost unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to vessel schedules, port conditions and regulatory clearances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka unless otherwise agreed in the sales contract.
